I believe everyone deserves to move well, whatever their starting point or experience.
What matters is intention: training with purpose, understanding the why, and committing to doing things right.
I don’t want to build superheroes, my goal is to help you build confidence in your body, move with intention, and keep doing the things you enjoy for as long as possible.
My sessions are grounded, progressive, and adapted to your needs. They’re about building capability through clarity, consistency, and care.
MY EXPERIENCE
Qualified across multiple disciplines and shaped by 15 years of real-world coaching.
As a personal trainer and Pilates coach based in Buckinghamshire, I’ve spent the past 15 years coaching in commercial gyms, boutique studios, corporate environments, and online. That experience helps me meet people where they are and support them in a way that fits their life.
I hold certifications in Personal Training, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Tower Pilates, Kettlebell Training, and Rehabilitation. This broad base means I can draw from a range of methods to build the right programme for each individual.
