I teach small group Reformer and mat Pilates sessions at Yatta studios in Beaconsfield and Amersham. Expect focused coaching in a supportive, professional environment; designed to improve movement quality, build strength, and reduce injury risk.

If you prefer privacy or convenience, I offer mat-based sessions in your own space. Each one is shaped around how you feel and what your body needs that day.
