PT and Programming is about moving with purpose, building confidence, strength and mobility and understanding your body. Whether you're training in-person or following a plan remotely, everything is tailored to your goals, helping you stay consistent, supported, and in control of your progress.

Personal Training

One-to-one or small pair sessions designed to move you forward with clarity and confidence. Every session is tailored to your needs, whether that’s building strength, improving movement quality, or regaining consistency after time away.

Whether you're starting out, getting back into training, working around an injury, or aiming to break through a plateau — this is a top-tier, hands-on service for individuals or pairs who want a fully tailored approach.

  • Bespoke sessions will built around you — not just your body, but your context. Each programme is customised based on your goals, injury history, training environment and movement capacity. You’ll draw on his years of coaching experience to refine your technique, progress your training, and stay accountable.

  • Expect a calm, focused environment where you're challenged without being overwhelmed. You'll feel supported and empowered, because you'll understand why you're doing what you're doing — and how it fits your long-term goals.

Programming

Build a tailored training plans to support your progress between sessions—or guide you through independent training. Every programme is built around your goals, your schedule, and the space or equipment you have access to.

  • For motivated people who need direction or to reach a goal. You already get yourself to the gym or workout but what’s missing is knowing exactly what to do — how to train smarter, not just harder. Whether your goal is to get stronger, feel healthier, improve your body composition or build long-term consistency, this is for you.

  • You’ll follow a training programme designed around real goals — strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, body recomposition. All programming is set up through a training app, and comes with instructions, demo videos and a system that let’s track your weights, and tick off your sets and reps as you complete the sessions.

  • Instead of feeling lost or second-guessing your workouts, you’ll feel confident in your plan, capable in your body, and proud of your progress. Item description

  • Ideal for those who are self-motivated but need direction. You'll follow a clear, app-based programme tailored to your goals — with built-in tracking, video demos, and optional 1:1 coaching for added accountability.

  • Train with Dan in a private, purpose-built space equipped with state-of-the-art kit. It’s designed for focus, flexibility, and guided progression — without the distractions of a commercial gym.

  • If you're within a 10-mile radius of Taplow, Dan can come to you. These sessions are fully personalised to your goals, your space, and your equipment — making consistent training simple and achievable.

Flexible personal training formats such as 1-to-1 sessions, 2-to-1 training, or self-directed programmes.

  • This is Dan’s most tailored service. All decisions based on your goals and needs. It’s for those who want expert guidance, fast feedback, and a clear sense of progression.

  • Train with a partner while still receiving focused coaching. Whether it’s a friend, partner, or family member, these sessions balance personalisation with shared motivation.

  • If you're confident training solo but need a smart programme only, this is for you. Dan builds your programme, you run it independently via the training app — with all the structure, none of the guesswork.
